Teaching Respect to a child!

A child is not taught to respect a gay man, he/she is taught to respect everyone;

A child is not taught not to hit a black man, he/she is taught not to hit anyone;

A child is not taught not to mistreat a woman, he/she is taught not to mistreat.

The problem is of those who want to differentiate the 'respects'.
